Check charge

Check fluid level and piston return (add DOT5 fluid if necessay)

Check and adjust hand controls and mirrors

Check air pressure

Check torque on axle nut and axle cap bolts

Free on pins, visually inspect

Check for proper routing and leaks

Check for leaks

Check for leaks on hoses and mount

Check clutch spring adjustment

Check oil and transmission for correct levels

Check mounting torque. Adjust spring preloader for rider load (where applicable)

Check mounting fastener torque

Visually inspect brake pads, free on pins

Check for leaks on line and switch and proper routing

Check for proper tension and alignment with rider on

Check fastener, visually inspect

Check fluid level and piston return (add DOT5 fluid if needed)

Check for correct freeplay

Check operation and adjustment

Check plug gap (.040) and torque plugs (18 lbs for S&S -14 lbs for TP)

Check operation of headlight, tailight, brake light, turn signals, hazard lamps, indicator lights, horn, speedometer light, starter and engine kill switch

Check for smooth movement

Fill tank(s) and check for leaks

Printout of ignition module settings (attach)

Check and adjust if necessary for proper RPM

Check output

Check for correct oil feed and return to oil tank

Check motorcycle handling and operation of speedometer, brakes, clutch, engine and transmission

Polish and recheck for any leaks

Explain to customer:

• Owner's Manual
• Warranty registration
• Owner Commitment explained and signed (attach)
• Operation of all controls
• Engine break-in procedure
• Start up procedure
• Shock adjustment with rider
• Belt adjustment with rider
• Adjust shifter and controls for rider comfort
• Checj and adjust mirrors

Complete and send to DiMora Custom Bikes Warranty Dept. within ten (10) days of delivery
